Dr. Ace's 5-step protocol

Follow this daily for the best possible results.

  • Upon rising — drink 8 oz water, wait 2–5 minutes, then drink 8 oz ASEA on an empty stomach. Use a clean cup for each new serving throughout the day.
  • Hold each sip — swish for 15–30 seconds before swallowing. This allows redox molecules to absorb and begin cellular communication.
  • Mid-afternoon or evening — drink a second 8 oz ASEA serving after 1 glass of water.
  • Stay hydrated — increase your daily water intake to 64–84 oz per day.
  • Track your results — fill out your Results Tracker card weekly. Your story is your most powerful tool.
